About Me!

Hi! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Katie, and I am originally from Millburn, New Jersey. I started dancing at the age of two when my parents put me in a tutu and signed me up for a pre-k ballet class, and I haven’t stopped dancing since! Along the way, I found my second home at Front & Center for Performing Arts in Springfield, NJ, and there I discovered my passion for singing and acting in addition to dance. I recently earned my BFA in Musical Theatre from the CAP21 Conservatory in New York City and just graduated this past May!

Other things I love include (but are not limited to): Taylor Swift, Dunkin’ iced tea, popcorn, cats (the animal AND the musical), and the key of e flat!

Inspire joy.

As an artist, my mission is to ensure that everyone feels like they belong in a society that can often show us otherwise. Growing up queer and neurodivergent, I am passionate about making sure marginalized voices are heard and that every single person who walks into any room feels loved and supported. Musical Theatre and the arts are what fill me with joy, give me a voice, and boost my confidence. Therefore, I feel it is my duty as an artist to return the favor. I strive to be the person younger me would have dreamed of being when I grew up. Especially as a teacher and mentor for younger artists, I live to encourage a space where others can express themselves freely, just as my past mentors inspired me to do the same.
