C h o r e o g r a p h y

In 2018, I was hired as the dance assistant specialist at Meadowbrook Country Day Camp in Long Valley, NJ, after being enrolled as a camper there for 10 summers. Since I was young, I loved performing in the camp’s annual dance show, so I was super eager to try out teaching and choreographing for the younger campers. I ended up falling in love with it and went on to choreograph numerous routines entirely on my own for five more years after that!

Since my camp counselor days, I have been experimenting more recently with choreographing for young adults and figuring out what kinds of dances speak to me and feel best in my body. My favorite style to choreograph is contemporary jazz! In recent months I’ve been starting to teach drop-in classes for my friends and classmates and I’ve had a blast moving together and seeing another passion of mine come to life!
